Megan Schenk is a seasoned labor and employment lawyer who brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to every case. She has a B.A. in Economics and Legal Foundations of Society minor from The Ohio State University. Megan earned a Juris Doctorate from the Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit in 2010. While in law school, Megan served as the Student Bar Association President, advocated on the Moot Court team, and was awarded for her legal research and writing skills.

Megan has several years of labor and employment experience in the public sector with the Ohio Department of Transportation, Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, the Ohio Department of Administrative Services Office of Collective Bargaining, and the City of Cleveland. Megan also had a successful tenure as in-house labor and employment counsel for Marathon Petroleum, a Fortune 50 company.

Through this work, Megan developed a passion for advocating for workers and ensuring fair treatment in the workplace, and opened The Schenk Law Firm, LLC, a plaintiffs labor and employment law practice.
